  • Plagiarism must be within acceptable limits (strictly screened)

  • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
  • Spacing: Double-spaced
  • Abstract: 150–300 words summarizing objectives, methods, and findings
  • Keywords: 4–6 relevant keywords below the abstract
  • File Format: MS Word (.doc / .docx) or PDF
  • References: APA / MLA / IEEE / Vancouver style (must be consistent)

4. Peer Review Process

All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process by at least two subject experts.

  • Authors will be notified within the standard review timeline
  • Manuscripts may require minor or major revisions
  • Final decision is based on scientific quality, originality, and relevance

5. Ethical Requirements

SGJPLS strictly follows international ethical publishing standards:

  • Manuscripts must be original and not submitted elsewhere
